Dominic Gardiner New Director of Programming for Jetix Europe Limited

Turner Entertainment Europe exec Dominic Gardiner is to take up the director of programming post at Jetix UK in September. Gardiner, who will report to Jetix UK's recently appointed MD Boel Ferguson, will oversee all channel content, including programming, acquisitions, scheduling and on-air promotions. In addition, Gardiner will work closely with Jetix UK marketing director Allen Stenhouse and Jetix Europe senior VP of programming Michael Lekes to deliver an overall programming strategy and fine-tune the channel editorial line. For the past two years Gardiner has been channel manager of Cartoon Network UK, with responsibility for programming acquisitions and development strategies. Prior to that he was VP of programming and creative services at Cartoon Network Japan.
