Adriaan Roosen named Senior Vice President of Global Customer Service for Elsevier.

Elsevier has announced that Adriaan Roosen has been named Senior Vice President of Global Customer Service for Elsevier (www.elsevier.com). Adriaan will be responsible for leading Elsevier's Customer Service worldwide.
Adriaan has over 20 years of experience in general management, customer service, operations and legal. Prior to joining Elsevier, Adriaan was the Senior Vice President of Customer Service for Quark, Inc., where he was responsible for worldwide customer services operations with call centers and on line support centers in Switzerland, India and Japan, and he vastly improved online customer service and customer satisfaction. His previous experience includes Customer Service leadership positions with Vertis Europe and Modus Media. Gerrit Bos, Executive Vice President of Operations, is thrilled to have Adriaan on board. Adriaan earned an International Law degree from Tillburg University in The Netherlands.
