Paula Rosenthal appointed Senior Vice President, Creative for Chorion
Chorion has appointed former Playhouse Disney Executive Paula Rosenthal as Senior Vice President, Creative. Paula will be responsible for managing a production slate and creating new content. She joins Chorion’s senior creative team working with Diana Manson, EVP Creative, and Kurt Mueller, SVP, Creative and will report to Mary Durkan, Managing Director, Content.
Paula comes to Chorion with over twenty years experience in television and web development, production, programming and planning. Most recently she worked with ABC Cable Networks Group supervising the development and production of pre-school programming for Disney Channel. As Vice President of Playhouse Disney, she was responsible for programming and production strategies, creative development and the day-to-day execution of entertainment and learning-based properties.
Over the course of her career, Paula has been responsible for creating and programming a wide variety of genres including talk, variety, reality, dramatic fiction, animation, situation comedies, entertainment specials and children's programming with an educational curriculum. Her experience includes cable and network television, the Internet and home video.
