Pat Mastandrea is one of the founding partners of the Cheyenne Group and is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to joining the firm, Pat ran TMP/Monster Worldwide's Global Media and Entertainment Executive Search Practice.

Pat has more than twenty years of senior executive experience in media, entertainment and communications as a general manager, sales and marketing executive, publisher, media analyst and consultant. Before her career in search, Pat was a Vice Chairman at Whittle Communications where she re-launched a new media division called Special Report. She served as Chief Operating Officer for the launch of Rupert Murdoch's Sky Television in Europe and was part of the original senior management team that launched Fox Broadcasting Company as the fourth network. Pat spent a number of years in the publishing industry as a Publisher and Group Publisher. She began her career in the agency business at Ketchum Advertising. Pat was recruited, from the agency business, to join Capital Cities/ABC in sales for ABC Sports and Good Morning America.

Pat's career spans 20 years in the media and entertainment industry including advertising agency, broadcasting, cable, direct broadcast satellite, publishing and new media. She has been responsible for the strategic business development and senior management recruitment for some of the most successful new media launches in the past decade, and is a spokesperson for her industry.

Clients range from new ventures to the largest global corporations. Assignments are typically situations where strong innovative leadership is essential due to rapid changes with the client company or its industry. Specific assignments range across all functional areas including general management, marketing, sales, business development, finance and programming. Positions include chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, division presidents, vice presidents of sales, marketing, business development and senior programming executives. Pat also handles board assignments.
