Charles comes to Zynx Health from Eclipsys Corporation where he held a number of positions including Vice President of Acute Care Solutions and most recently Vice President of Business Development. Previously, Charles was involved in a number of startups in healthcare information technology and between 2001 and 2004 he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

 

Charles is a graduate in biomedical engineering at Harvard College. He obtained his Medical Doctorate from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and he also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

We are pleased to inform you that The Cheyenne Group has completed the search for the Chief Executive Officer of WMI, a women-focused media solutions company, a portfolio company of Halyard Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, and Steelpoint Capital Partners, a California-based private equity firm.

Jill Botway is the successful candidate. A highly accomplished and seasoned executive. Jill most recently served as President of US Strategic Business Units for OmnicomMediaGroup, a division of Omnicom. Her career spans twenty years of experience as attorney, President and CEO of both privately and publicly held media companies.

Prior to becoming President at OmnicomMediaGroup, Jill was Managing Director of the Eastern Region for OMD, an Omnicom company, whose clients included Pepsi, GE, Visa, FedEx and Johnson & Johnson. During Jill's tenure there, OMD was named Global Media Agency of the Year, US Media Agency of the Year, Most Creative Media Agency by the Gunn Report and was ranked #1 Worldwide by RECMA. Previously, Jill was Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing at Initiative Media. Before that, Jill was CEO of The Botway Group, Ltd., the largest independent firm in the U.S. specializing in the purchase of national media. Botway had previously been a partner in the corporate law firm Ryan, Botway, Reddy and Mesrop.

Before joining Current Media, Karl Lewis was Senior Vice President National Office Advertising Sales at Oxygen Media. While at Oxygen, he oversaw the Midwest and West Coast sales teams during a period of explosive growth for the network, including the eventual sale of the cable net to NBC Universal in 2007. Prior to his tenure at Oxygen, Lewis was Senior Vice President National Office Advertising Sales for MTV Networks where he spent 16 years launching and representing some of the biggest brands in cable television including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite and TV Land.

 

Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Premier Exhibitions has appointed Kris Hart, who will be responsible for market facing functions including: Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital, Education, and Sponsorships for Premier Exhibitions.  She will also play a key role in identifying and developing new growth opportunities for the organization.

 

Kris brings over 20 years of experience in consumer insights, brand strategy, integrated multi-channel communications, and product development.  She has developed and executed successful worldwide marketing strategies for Intel, Coca-Cola, and most recently Harrah’s Entertainment where she served as Vice President, Brand Management from 2004 through 2009. Prior to that, she was Group Lead, Innovation for The Coca-Cola Company from 2002 through 2003.

 

Hart received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

John comes to Zynx Health from Allscripts where he was Senior Vice President, Client Services. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at Raddon Financial Group. His career also includes various positions at Experian Information Solutions and CCC Information Services.
